We have helped regular people in the community who are looking for something a bit more interesting than the regular gym class. Pole class has all the health and fitness benefits. A one hour class, full body workout can improve strength and flexibility, along with cardio health.
Completely new to pole????
Our exclusive Starter pole program will help get you started. Once a month we open up only 12 spaces for complete newbies with no fitness or dance background to join us. Our private studio has 7 industry standard poles with fixed mountings for complete safety. Classes are sharing two per pole and makes class interactive and friendly with a new pole buddy!
Classes are Inclusive for everyone | Age is no limit
Some of our oldest members are in their 50’s. As a community we believe as we get older its even more important to keep our muscles strong to protect the bones. Pole classes are gradual strength building and light cardio based activity, on and off the pole with yoga flow warm up’s, adding a holistic approach to the exercise. Our instructors are also qualified yoga teachers, which add a mindful approach to teaching pole.
All classes are taken within participants own pace yet our pole instructors will offer a gentle push when needed.
At pole garage you will experience a friendly and supportive community of multi nationals and we aim to provide the best pole classes, so people can experience the health benefit of pole fitness.

Pole Garage Ireland, founded 2016, boosted the growth of pole dance enthusiast’s and community in west Ireland. At Pole Garage Ireland we have introduced unique and innovative classes that have become popular within the pole industry today.
Our hallway displays all valid qualifications and achievements. Following into our reception area of pink décor and a full sized Barbie box, you can access all doors, both our changing rooms, the pole studio room and beauticians room. Deserve beauty offers services such as gel nails, 3d eyelashes, hair extensions and more. One stop shop for health, fitness and glam. Outside the building, plenty of free parking for customers.
