Professional pole athlete and performing artist based in Galway city. In 2010 after discovering pole before it was acknowledged as a world sport, Racheal searched for a fitness alternative after having her first child. Signed up for a six week pole course because she felt like pole dance could bring her sexy back, it did and more! Over the past 8 years she has formed a community of pole enthusiasts here in the west and bonded people with new found friendships through pole class. Created and inspired unique classes with pole dance and fitness workouts. She teaches pole dancing classes with and without heels. Racheal is a versatile pole instructor and mastered skills on both static and spin pole. Heels is her jam and her heels classes are very popular the studio.
