1. The Pole Garage Galway reserves the right to refuse admission to the studio.
2. Membership/Drop in classes may not be transferred from the person to another group or individual. Bookings are non-transferable.
3. No refunds will be issued unless The Pole Garage Galway must cancel a class or workshop at the last minute.
4. All memberships purchased are non-transferable and must be used by the person specified at the time of purchase.
5. All membership payments are taken on the same date each month from when purchased.
6. Memberships are expected to run the full duration once purchasing the subscription. Further action will be taken for in-complying to conditions.
7. We can freeze a membership once the remaining balance is paid in full and the credits will be applied to the members account.
8. Memberships will continue if no notice is given to cancel the subscription.
9. We can pause memberships up to two weeks to allow for holidays at no extra cost.
10. A member who wishes to cancel an expiring contract or membership – one month written notice is to be given for cancelation notice.
11. All drop in classes have 1 month expiry date from date of purchase.
12. Pole Basic courses will be checked in for the main beginner class every week – not showing for the class will result in the credit been lost.
13. Pole Basic courses have a one month expiry from checking into the first class of course.
14. Memberships or single class bookings – a 12 hour notice to cancel any class booking.
15. Membership or single class bookings -Canceling any class less than 12 hours notice will loose the class credit.
16. Pole Basic Courses or Beginner Terms cannot be refunded once the booking has been made.
17. Courses or Terms – classes must be completed within the month we offer catch up classes for missed classes but these must be used within the month. Courses or Terms do not carry out to the following month.
18. FAILED MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS. Every time a membership fails The Pole Garage is charged 4% by the bank. Each time a membership fails and the transaction tries again, The Pole Garage is charged. If a membership fails 3 times The Pole Garage have to pay those charges. A €5 charge will occur for any failed transaction on a membership.

Cancellations

For health and safety reasons all class places are limited. It’s not fair to other people on our waiting list if you cancel last minute or do not show up.

If you are unable to attend a class please contact the studio. We have a 12 hour cancellation policy on all classes.

If we cannot get someone to cover your place, no refund will be issued.

Should The Pole Garage Galway have to cancel a class or term for any reason either a full refund will be offered or the cancelled class will not be subtracted from your membership.

• The studio opening times may be affected on Public holidays: i.e Christmas, Bank Holidays.
• Times and classes are due to change with holiday hours.
• Updates will be made on our booking system.
