Welcome to Pole Garage Ireland. We have introduced hundreds of people discover a NEW and FUN way of working out. If your not a regular gym goer then you are in the right place. We have helped people fall in love with fitness through pole dancing as an alternative to the usual group fitness class. Life is about to get so much more interesting!
Working out is fun for us here at PGI and pole dance is a workout like no other, in the sense that through pole dance it works the brain and the body making it a very present and focus activity. Pole dance will open the channels to flexibility and strength training as well as co-ordination and learning new skills through dance and movement.

The five week starter program is an introduction to pole dancing for fitness. Some of the holistic benefits include a healthy increase in body confidence forming body awareness in movement for a better connection within the mind and body. All classes start in a yoga flow warm up with breath connection and a light cardio to get the body moving and some dynamic stretches.

Learn new skills such as dance choreography, basic spins and steps to climbing in the first five classes which will set you up nicely to continue onto a beginners class subscription. The program is carefully planned for anyone with no fitness background to start pole and it will help anyone who is new to fitness to gain core strength.
