Pole Safe

Studio Policy

We want everyone to experience a safe and fun-filled class here
at Pole Garage Ireland.

Please be mindful of a few house rules:

Safety First

● Taking any pole Fitness class at our studio does not qualify any
student to teach inside or outside the studio.
● Please respect all instructors, classmates, equipment and the studio
space.
● Do not instruct other classmates in any move that you have not yet
learned from an instructor.
● Do not attempt any move you have not yet been taught by an
instructor.
● All jewellery must be removed.
● Always spot your pole friend. As we share two per pole, it’s easier
to be safe, and make the most of your class while your instructor is
assisting someone else. Your instructor will have shown you
correct spotting techniques.
● No oils or lotions to be worn 24 hours before a class.

● Students must pre-book on our app before attending a class. Those
who show up may be asked to leave if a class is already full.
● All students must partake in a warmup.

Timekeeping

● Please try to arrive before or on time for class.
● Please wait at reception or in changing rooms for the ongoing class
to finish or wait to be called into the studio by an instructor.
● When arriving for the first time please ensure at least 5-10 minutes
to register for health and safety.
● Please give plenty of time when booking a class and try to avoid
last-minute bookings. This way a correct class plan can be made.
● We have a 24-hour cancellation notice. Cancellations made after
this notice may result in a lost credit.

Photography

● Use of cameras for photos and recording videos is permitted.
● Please be mindful of classmates privacy they may not want to be
on camera. Students have the right to consent as per our privacy
policy.

● By participating in class photography or videography and/or by
hashtagging footage on social media with #thepolegarage #polegarageireland or release all rights to The Pole Garage for promotional purposes, unless otherwise by explicitly stating yourself.
