Terms & Conditions

 Due to the limited availability of classes, programs and workshops, all terms and conditions are non-negotiable. Further action will be taken for failing to comply with the terms and conditions.

Starter programs

  1. Starter programs are Non-refundable after booking and non-transferable to another person.
  2. Classes can not be transferred to another program.
  3. Classes must be used in the program block; we do not offer transfer of classes to another ongoing program or future program, due to limited availability!
  4. Missed classes in starter programs are non – refundable.

Membership

  1. Classes must be pre-booked online to avoid overfilling of classes.
  2. We have a 12-hour cancellation policy on booked classes. For a full refund, check out of the class within the 12-hour timeframe.
  3. Any class cancelled during the 12-hour notice period will result in lost credit.
  4. If you cancel a class with less than 12 hours’ notice, please check out of the class to allow space for people on the waitlist.
  5. Class credits can not be transferred to a new month; all classes must be used within the month.
  6. Classes can be pre-booked ahead of time, regardless of payment date.
  7. Membership charges will be made on the same date each month from the date of purchase.
  8. Class credits will reset on the first of each month for the new month ahead. This gives time to pre-book regardless of the payment due date.
  9. Class credits are to be used within the month from 1st to 31st.
  10. Membership allows access to all classes on the timetable.
  11. Classes can be swapped and changed around each week to try other classes.
  12. A minimum of 3-month terms are agreed after purchase.
  13. To cancel a membership, we require 30 day notice email of cancellation from the date of payment.
  14. Cancellation requests during the 30-day cool-off period may include a fee.
  15. Membership will continue until requested for cancellation.
  16. Memberships can be paused or put on hold; small fees may occur.
  17. Pole Garage Ireland will refund classes if we must cancel for any given reason.

Drop-in classes / Monthly class packs / Workshops

  1. All drop-in classes, class packs and workshops have a 1-month expiry date from the date of purchase.
  2. Must be pre-booked online.
  3. Once purchased, non-refundable and non-transferable.

FAILED MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS.

Every time a membership payment fails, we get charged a percentage fee by the bank and the booking system. To cover these fees, a late membership fee of €10 will be charged for any failed membership or late payment due.
